Would you invest in a 2nd propery if you had the money?

Why or why not?
What would you do with the second one? Rent it out or keep it for yourself?

I have an apartment in the city I rent out and I live in my house upstate NY. I bought this house from my mom before she passed. I grew up in this house.

@WonderGirl It's nice if you can buy the house you grew up in ^^ Most people have a sentimental bond with it. I personally don't, maybe because it wasn't that great of an atmosphere mostly ;p Or maybe it's just because it's really not such a beautiful house my parents live in haha
