Would you invest in a 2nd propery if you had the money?

Why or why not?
What would you do with the second one? Rent it out or keep it for yourself?

No... I'm not planning on staying in this country - so I don't see the point of buying anything like property right now.

If I had the means, I would save and hold my money in a high interest account with the hope of gradually increasing the amount in that account over time.
