Need advice on filing a lien on a detor

Okay, so I'm a creditor and being a creditor we have special contracts in place being non-negotiable and non-consensual. Thankfully I have never had to file a claim until now. An unnamed debtor breached the contract, gave them a notice an opportunity to cure three invoices at 30 day intervals and still I get a non-response. Now I have a lien I need to place on their property.

I know how to fill out the form that's the easy part. The part I'm having a problem with is labeling the organization. I know what should be put down, but I also know it's how it has to be put down.

Should anybody have any advice or a lead please don't hesitate to help if you feel safer you can PM me. Thank you in advance for all the help.

Let a new inexperienced lawyer handle that stuff might cost you a hundred buck but you're helping a kids career

@MarineBob Thank you for the suggestion, however when you live in the private you don't hire people in the public.

Attorneys are a whole another animal in themselves. Just ask any one of them if there is lack of full disclosure in their contract they'll say no and then you get to see the surprise look on their face when you look in their eyes and say so I guess all your clients know that your first obligation is to the courts.

Do your research, and thank you for the time of posting your comment.
