Is it too late to move what is left of my 401K to gold and gold IRAs?

Joe Biden's economy has ravished my retirement accounts. I have about half of what I worked all my life to build up because of liberal Democrat bullshit. I see something everyday talking about investing in gold. I should have done it the day Biden stole the office.
