New Management company and the owners thinks I should have given them notice

Went in and removed my machines and token dispensers from the carwash. Now they must close until they get machines ordered and installed. Hired a management company that is pretty much new and is based out of state. Tried giving me a out of state check - that's fine but my prices will double to protect me from a loss
