Fed's Powell vows to raise rates as high as needed to kill inflation surge

remember the last few times, and what crypto bruhs were saying?
They were saying essentially the fed couldn't raise the federal funds rate because to not do so would invite so much pain that they've been going BRRRRR and printing money to avoid for so long now they're locked in.
And then the Federal reserve raised interest rates, and Did we hear even once "I was wrong." no.
No, No we did not.
But they were wrong.
Basically I would bet money when the fed says it's going to keep raising rates until inflation is under control, it's going to keep raising rates until inflation falls and do exactly what they said they would do.
