If that hasn't been an on going issue, you can ask your bank to forgo the charges.

@Tenshi call the bank, tell them you're not sure what went wrong and that you'd like to speak to a manager. Inform them how long you've been a customer, that this was a mistake and that you need them to help by removing some of the charges if they wouldn't mind. Any reputable bank would do whatever it takes to Krupp a loyal customer. They also know when you deposit money into your account, it isn't a box they put your money in. They use your money while it's in their possession and do not share any profits they make with it
