How strong are kids really?

Most kids I know that are seven and up seem to act very strong. How effective would a rear neck chokehold be from a seven-year-old to the average adult? Would they be able to punch/kick and successfully defend? From what I know kids these ages are very strong, how strong are they really? Is it really true that an adult can stop a seven-year-old hardest punch while picking up the child with a single hand? How is this given in they are going through absolute Hardest? I thought kids this age were strong?

It's good to teach all children martial arts with a certified Club. Not only will it instill strength and courage but boost the child's self worth and value. I think this is especially important for young girls, and young women in general. All my kids knew how to defend themselves by the time they were six or seven. There's a lot of strange people out there.

When I fight in foreign countries the younger women win and lose in glorious fashion. Face sit endings being the norm. Obviously not seven, but its hard to tell the difference between 14 and 18. We have to rely on their honesty.
