Your thoughts on sports like UFC and boxing?

Boxing has waaaay too many belts. Weight cutting makes no sense to me cause they gorge themselves immediately after weigh-ins and they're so overt about it too so what was even the point? UFC fighters are underqualified a lot of the time. Like why would you allow somebody in that isn't that proficient in certain martial arts? Ben Askren and Ronda Rousey can't strike for shit, Mickey Gall was a brown belt in judo or something (idk if he still is) like wtf?
