That was a difficult day not really but heavy, too much internet and too much living into my head

I have begun a kung fu challenge of a 1000 days. The idea is I will be training daily. It's been about 50 days now and today was the most difficult but I did it, even if a pretty short training. I'm happy about it. :)

@Captain it's the same everywhere, not just the internet. In real life too, people share what they want to. Yes you can tap into the feelings but they still need to give you permission to tap into their stories and allow you in..
