So I’ve started kickboxing lessonsI want to get fitter and build a tiny bit of actual muscle lol! It’s super embarrassing at the moment as I’m so bloody weak! My punches and kicks are super lame! I hope I improve quickly!
I Love Kick BoxingI loved the sport but learned a life lesson from it!! Being abused and going through divorce I somehow entertained the idea of cardio kick boxing. It became addicting and at a late age I started to spar.
