Well I am sore

Last training session with a dude who's like 6 foot and is built like a tank, his kicks have gotten better, I felt them, a lot. been putting ice on my left arm hahaha. Did a 10.72km powerwalk yesterday as well, gonna do some sparring with a buddy of mine later and bumping up to two sessions next week and I'm gonna try and get some strength training in between now that I'm adjusting.

My right kicks are a bit better, I'm cutting down on smoking and getting my cardio back into gear a bit. My back is still adjusting to throwing punches but it's not as bad as last time which is a good sign.
