Crazy news this evening

I got a call from the police earlier. I teach a kids' self-defense class, based mainly on close combat, the officer told me it definitely works. This idiot tried to abduct a 12yo girl that has been in the class nearly a year. I haven't got all the details yet but was told that the guy was just regaining consciousness when they got there, and they radioed for an EMS. Said his nose was splintered across his face and a smashed elbow.
She was shook up a little but OK.
