Streamy's M.O.
One may wonder what the point is for me to just post what movies i see and very little else, i ask myself this as a reason to post something mildly different, a statement of a missionless mission.
I perhaps have said what i say here before, but it may be simply to underline a continuity.
All in the numbers
To get to a Letterboxd total of 10,500 seen films, 500 in there because a few aren't real movies, just the other day i saw that a bunch of Dr. Who stories were there that i was giddy to check off as seen.
Of course there has to be quality films seen, but it can't be the only type.
I am determined to systematically detach myself from reality, and supplant my consciousness with the scope of the interest field, and within the interest field must be many instances of chance encounters, of things that just happen to be inside the field, and those things that are known to be as specifically interesting.
The modus operandi is not to go straight to each and everything that particularly interests, and it is this which secures the overall mission to be free from being too purposeful, and more like chaos.
But is it really chaos, is there a hidden rationale at work, it might all just be a game and i'm the most bored spoiled brat in existence, but easy answers can only be applied when there is a rationale, a personal reasoning. And the question is whether it is or isn't.
I just say whatever comes, and the devil take it all.
The person who refused to grow up, and all the circuitous circumstances that are rolled up in it.
Sticking out like a red balloon thumb in a sea of golden lion trophies.
There is no explicit purpose for it all, it's from a plenitude that is slipping through the fingers, and the design of time management has to alter, therefore the old ways will not do anymore, there is to be a transformation that at first looks pathetic, because it's like a new born baby, defenseless and stuff.
I can't be too aware of what i do and don't do, i just need to do the ole grande whatever.
