I can imagine three acts:
- The invasion begins. The alien fleet begins a relentless planet wide massacre.
- The aftermath: cities are left in ruins. Any remaining human stragglers are abducted into the mothership
- the final view of earth in flames, slowly shrinking as we fly into space
