Neighbor peed his pants

We had some snow and people are shoveling out. My neighbor (same one that I suspect peed in his pants before) was taking care of his sidewalk. I could see him but due to the angle he couldn't see me. He would shovel a little bit then stop and cross his legs and kind of potty dance. He did this for a while but then suddenly dropped his shovel and grabbed himself and went towards his back door. He only made it a few steps and I saw a wet spot go down his legs. He just stood there a little bit then went inside his house. When he came back out he had snow pants on.
