I think the neighbor did

I was taking my trash out yesterday right when my neighbor got home. He got out of his truck and was definitely doing a pee dance. He stopped and talked to me and was wiggling. I told him he looked like a little boy and he replied with he had a long drive with lots of Pepsi. I asked if he had to get inside and he said he was fine. We talked longer and after a while he stopped wiggling. I took a quick peak at the front of his pants and it definitely looked swelled like he had a pull up or diaper. We finished talking and he went back to his truck and grabbed a suitcase out then went inside.
