had an accident on the way to the toilet

i was wearing my pajamas and getting ready for bed and i realized i [i]really[/i] had to pee but i thought i could probably hold it until i finished, i leaked into my panties a few times before i was finished and decided i couldn't hold it any longer and walked to the bathroom but by that time i was already peeing myself and ended up wetting myself in the corner before i could even get to the toilet ;;
