accidentally actually taught myself incontinence 😖
it’s been a sec! i haven’t wetted for a while, but i today in class i had to go really bad, but assumed i could hold it until the lecture was over… nope. thankfully only a little came out this time before i caught myself and went to the bathroom, but that made realize… i actually taught myself to pee wherever over time.
i feel both embarrassed and excited about this lol. i thought it might have been a special occasion and i just really had to go in class, but when i got back home and had to pee again, i couldn’t hold it then either!! that time was worse.. thankfully nobody was home. but now i’m on my couch, bladder full again. part of me wants to hold it until i can’t anymore, which i’ve learned isn’t a very high limit… thoughts?
