Teaching yourself to have more "accidents"
Was wondering if anyone had any techniques for training your bladder, or your mind to release on its own without as much concentration over time.
I've heard people recommend two complete opposite approaches.
One being that you should hold until you're bursting and physically cannot stop yourself from involuntarily wetting yourself.
The other being that you should relax and go in your pants as soon as the urge hits you.
I guess the argument in support of the first is that eventually you'll damage some part of your bladder and will be unable to hold, and the support for the second, being more psychological, like how you can learn to become a sleep-wetter.
I've tried both approaches, and still, my day wetting is as deliberate as ever.
I'm also aware that you need to do it consistently, so for a number of years now, I've not used the toilet at all, and have either wet my pants, bed or nappy (and occasionally just on the floor). But still these are all intentional acts, and I've never really experienced what it's like to just realize that you're wetting yourself whist in the middle of it.
I have managed to learn to sleep-wet, and there are a lot of times I will wake up in the middle of the night, already wetting the bed. Just not had the same experience in the daytime.
