Ever had to look after someone?

I had the task to look after my neighbour for a while while she was on her own. I spent some time talking and reading to her when she suddenly say that ‘ I need a poo now” I helped her out of bed while she was complaining about tummy ache, but as she entered the bath she shit her pyjamas. Down her legs and bottom, then a second wave, this time she peed I didn’t think she was going to stop.
What a clean up, she was embarrassed as she was in her 20’s. At least I had a legitimate reason to see her bottom !
