Reactions from others
I like the reactions from others. This time it was asking a question and looking awkward.
I enjoy asking people If they know where the public toilets are. Innocent enough question, when they tell you or you are told they are a 5 min walk away, or they don’t know, I look awkward and a little disappointed and distressed.
This afternoon I was in a small row of shops on the outskirts of town, there was a 30ish woman who was working in the shop, standing outside smoking. I did the awkward approach and ask if she knew if there were any public toilets, she replied ‘no, sorry luv’ and I did a very awkward walk back to the car, then she called to me, and gave me two carrier bags ‘here, put these on your car seat, I feel sorry for you’. So it was interesting that she simply assumed that I had messed myself.
