Do you make it obvious if you have an accident?

I was quite desperate to find the public toilets in town so i put on a slow pained look, until someone asked if I was alright. I replied that I was in need of the toilets and I went on my way. The toilet was only a few hundred yards away and this time I put my ‘I don’t feel well’ look on and leaned against a lamp post, again I was asked if I was ok, this time I replied that I had bad stomach ache and was trying to get to the toilet, I was helped along, then I doubled over and I said ‘I’ve just messed myself’, to my surprise I was helped to the toilets where I was shown the disabled cubicle.
