omg i was so close to shitting my panties but only was able to let a little out, the rest wouldn’t go into my panties.

guys i like to shit myself but i can never make myself push out more after pushing once. any tips? im going to try going all day without pooping so i can just let it all out the next day. keep in mind i cant go out and buy laxatives or diapers by myself since im a minor.
edit: did not work- lost control and went to the toilet but gonna keep trying!!
