Public lavatory incident - older lady

I was just closing uo the public lavatories one Saturday evening when a stout lady who looked to be in het sixties approached. She looked a bit awkward, I said that I was just closing up, she then said, that she had messed herself and needed to change. She refused any help. When she left I found her dirty pants on the floor of a cubicle.
