Stuck in traffic

So today sitting in traffic I felt a sudden urge come over me and with a quick search online no toilets near by so ended up sitting in traffic lifting my self odd my set as I feel a semi hard then soft load fill into my pants

Then sat down feeling it squished up the back and front of me covering everything drove another 20min until I got to a public toilet to throw out my pants get changed and clean up not before some stress relief
