When you have just a fraction of time, what do you decide to do?

I get so little time alone these days that when I do, I don’t know how best to use it. I’m in bed. My bladders bursting. Do I keep holding? Let it trickle? Piss myself in my bed? In the mirror? Get dressed? Wait until it’s a real loss of control? It’s starting to hurt so bad and it’s making me so wet
