Pee games, not Sims

Remember games like Diner Dash, where Flo the waitress would get impatient if you took too long and would look bored and tap her foot? Wouldn't it be fun if games like that could have a pee desperation element to them? I know they sort of do it in the Sims games, but more explicit would be fun. And make them adults only...

I recall a drinking game where you couldn't use the bathroom unless you had a special card allowing it. If not, you could ask if anyone else had one they could give you if you got desperate, but people didn't like to give up those cards- and sometimes no one had one.

I love that idea. Honestly when the Sims included that aspect I wondered whether someone on the creative team had a pre fetish themselves 🤔
