Wet myself and worse - should I make a complaint

I was in town and really needed the toilet. I headed for the closest which is in a town centre carpet. When I got there the toilets were closed until further notice. This made the situation worse. I hurried to the nearest ones in the shopping’ centre but unfortunately before I got to the shopping centre I lost control and wet myself, which was clear to any one who saw me. To cap it off as I was walking to the toilets I broke wind, then I broke wind a second time and had a bowel movement at the same time. When I got to the toilets there was an attendant present, and he saw the situation. I explained that had the car park toilets been open I would not be in this situation. He allowed be to change and clean myself in the toilets and gave me an old pair of shorts. Very embarrassing for a 60 year old man. Should I complain to the council or just put it down to experience.
