Perhaps I put it badly; I was never TOLD to go in my pants, but I was told I COULD go in them if I wanted to.

The last time I was told I could was when I was 11, although there were many wettings before and after that. The last time as I said happened when the travelling fair came to our town as it usually did at least once a year. My mum had a real hatred of the porta potties that were put up on the field for the fairs visit and never liked me using them. "Dirty unsanitary smelly things" she used to call them. I remember running home from school and telling mum that the fair had arrived and that they were opening at 6.30 that evening. She'd said that she already knew and that she'd planned that we'd go there after tea. while we were eating she told that I'd need to change out of my school uniform.

"I've put some shorts and a t-shirt on your bed" she said; "wear those to the fair tonight, I expect we'll be there for at least a couple of hours so if you need to wee while we're there it won't matter if you can't wait and wet them will it? Shorts are much quicker and easier to wash than jeans."

Needless to say I soaked my shorts and even managed to do another short wee in them as we walked home...

@daniel4 I see that difference, but at least you were told that it was ok to pee yourself! Did you get any comments from your mom when you wet yourself again when walking homewards from the fair, or perhaps she didn't care as you were already wet?

Your mom is not the only one hating those nasty porta potties! Others for sure also do, including me. This summer I was at an outdoor concert, and during the concert I had to pee. I lined up in front of the porta potties, but the line was long and we heard some guys having been there telling they were totally digusting. So I just went out of that line and peed in my jeans shorts instead. Later that day I noticed I was not the only one having done that!
