Seeking a female spankee

Divorced, 73 y/o man seeking a woman to spank within driving distance (3 or 4 hours) of North Central Kentucky for a R/L play and socializing between spankings. I’m experience and make many of the implements I use. Generally, easy-going and both a good conversationalist and listener. I like to think that I understand what a spankee wants and needs.
My ideal lady craves to be held accountable with spankings but still has butterflies when faced with going over my lap, yet, can't keep herself from being a brat. I am also open to "littles."
