Pumpkin.

Pumkon has inulin. Inulin is a prebiotic that helps support the gut microbiome.

We had a cat that did sloppy poos sometimes, and his farts were chemical warfare.

Did some research and started adding cooked pumpkin to his food.

It was incredible. Fixed it all up.
We later changed to an all natural diet.

You can get inulin powder, but honestly, buying pumpkin was cheaper and he loved it.

Might be worth a try ?

@OogieBoogie oh thank you for that. I didn’t realize pumpkin had inulin in it. I have been drinking Poppi drinks to get that, helps me after I’ve been to chemo, the drugs they give me to prevent nausea an diarrhea will cause some pretty bad constipation if I don’t have that. I hope Butternut Squash (pumpkin is a type of squash) will do the same thing. I baked one the other day and it was so delicious that I bought more.

The best source of inulin is probably Jerusalem Artichokes. Way too much of it though to eat it like other foods, I think one cooked slice per day would be plenty.
@cherokeepatti Hey🤗
No problemo.

Thanks for responding.

Like you, I'm on a journey of tweaking my diet to try and improve all its systems.

Ive gone blue in the face telling others how incredible it is when nutrition is impoved.
....moslty to deaf ears. Always to excuses.

You made my day to know that something i could offer helped someone🤗

I mean, i take supplements and stuff too, but they arent the same as the chemistry that happens from getting it from real food.

I dunno if youve done any research on vitamin d, but its been my focus for the last week or two.....and SHIT !
....Its pretty amazing. Vitamin d affects ALL organs and systems. Esp the immune system.
(One dr co- treated his wife's cancer with max doses of it).

If you're interested i can send you some key videos, (some will be long, but OH MY GOD!) .... the new stuff coming out on how important it is, how the "reccommend levels" are bullshit and basically barely support minimal system function.

I've been blowing out for a whole week on this shit !

.... and sunlight. Esp infrared.
Its so obvious once you hear it and its explained to you.

And how we are deprived of it with our lifestyles and tech and stuff.

This is getting overly long.

But let ke know if you want them🤗🤗
