Always looking for new ways to really stretch and grow my bladder. I love the feeling of it being completely full. Anyone have any really good challenges or quizzes? I know there are some online but I like seeing new ones to try

Control pants come in many forms, "Spanx" for instance. You could try what I said at home then.

We market what you call shapers as control pants over here. If public desperation does not appeal to you then you could practice in privacy of your home/garden if your garden is enclosed
