Ideas needed please

Looking for ways to make a holding fantasy a reality. I want to (temporarily and safely) plug my bladder. I want to force it to hold til it hurts. See just how much I can take. I’ll try basically anything once, as long as it’s not insertion. Please dm if you want to help
