I woke up in a completely soaked diaper

I went to bed in a bone dry diaper and when i woke up my diaper was completely soaked (I must've peed in it 3 times in my sleep). But within minutes of waking up I had to both poop and pee so i just lay there and released it into my diaper and it felt so good that i had to masturbate. It wasn't until after i came that i discovered that my diaper had leaked all over the bed (thank god for my mattress protector).
