Diaper for encouraged bowel movement

Still in diaper. Its been almost 6 moths since i had a diaper punishment. Doing in piblic today and getting some stuff in my bottom to help it along.. thinking i will likely poop my pants today from it since thats why i have to do this diaper anyway for not pooping good in almost 2 weeks. If i dont it is bottoms up for an enema so really want to.just poop without that. I like how it feels when my poo comes out my bottom on its own.
