Diaper punishment in the past

Hi there
I am a married mother 43 years old.
Between ages 6 and 18 my parents used diaper punishments a lot on me and my sister.
I would like to talk with others who went through this punishments.

I was smacked and made to wear diapers if I ever did anything my mother thought was wrong. This included being late home, late doing schoolwork, detention at school, accidentally wetting the bed, not eating food I didn't like, when she found out I had a boyfriend, staying in bed on the weekend, not tidying room before school every morning.
