Need a quick wsy to a BM. Regular laxatives and enemas get nothing. Desperate.

I really need a BM. Suppositories arent working. Ive had an enema as well.. no poo. Has anyone used marshmallow method?
My disciplinary even tried a light spanking hoping it would relax me and nothing. Have a chocolate egg up.my bum right this minute because those are supposed to encourage a BM in some people cause of chocolate. It kind of felt good going in.
Waiting. Anyone know a quick way to a BM?
