Sitting waiting

Sitting in my wet pants waiting for poo. Cant get a clean diaper for bedtime until i poo. Until then i am sitting wet and uncomfortable waiting. If i have to do it i would rather im doing a bm that a pee. Can anyone tell me how to make myself go poo without using a medicine?
