Help torture my bladder?

I have a fantasy that I am determined to make into reality. I want to plug my bladder and force it to hold til it’s ready to explode. Unfortunately I can’t do insertion right now. If anyone has ideas, or other ways to torture and hurt my bladder, please feel free to dm
