I Have Measured How Much My Bladder Can Hold

Hi!
My average record is 1300-1350ml
and about 1500ml with pain...
often spasm make me wet before my bladder can reach its maximum

I don't know whether you are still around, but...
That's a big bladder. My all-time max is 1000ml, achieved only a few times.
Most of my holds (I do 1 or 2 per week) are in the 850-950ml range.
