Woke up today in a completely soaked diaper

I went ro bed in a bone dry diaper and when i woke up my diaper was completely soaked (i must've wet it 3 times in the night). Withinf minutes of waking up i had to both poop and pee so i just lay there and released into my diaper and it felt so gpod i had to masturbate and it was only after i came that i discovered that my diaper had leaked all over my bed (thank god for mattress protector).
