What would happen if I wet the bed at a hospital?

I might have to stay overnight for a surgery. What would happen if I accidentally wet the bed?

I would say something first, like say there’s a chance it might happen. I know it’s awkward but if you make attempts to stop it, they’re going to be much nicer about it.
