Random Accident Today

So I've been dry for the most part since middle school. No frequent accidents day or night to really speak of, however this morning I woke up wet out of nowhere. Not soaked, but just damp and really needing to go. Not sure exactly what could've caused it, but I'm just glad no one in the room noticed when I snuck off to take a shower at 6 in the morning.

I've had this happen. I've also been dry (day and night) since about the same age but have very occasional partial nightime accidents sometimes. It's very disconcerting but probably nothing to worry about since it likely is just a random one off event.
