Self hypnosis and a big accident?

I was recently on vacation and having trouble getting comfortable and sleeping. I started to use a hypnosis induction technique on myself. It must have really worked and put me down.

Usually if i need to go pee in the night then i wake up, unless I've drunk heavily or over tried.

But this was complete bladder empty and didn't even know about it until i rolled into the very cold wet patch.

I drank a ton of water and must have been fatigued from the drive too.

Wet spots are fine, sudden cold wet spots are not!
