I Never Wear Shoes In the House

Recently we agreed a rule in our boarding school house that you had to remove your shoes and leave them at the front door before coming inside. This is because girls were bringing in mud on their shoes and creating lots of extra work for the housekeeper 😟 I am happy with this rule because it means I can go barefoot in safety 🙂
