@AshadeOver6NveryThick: I envy you, I'm still new to fitness so I avoid the weights when I do go to the gym. Wanna get that Jen Selter booty, but I feel awkward going near them and not weighted squats don't get you a Jen Selter booty 😂😂😂
@L0STF0X: you can never go wrong with cardiovascular workouts. Your body is built off of cardio. If you want to be able to go all night, perverbially speaking, you need cardio. I've been fit all my life except for summer I was in a coma for 4 and a half months. It took me a while, but I'm in even better shape today, even though I cannot run a marathon.
