No . At 14-18 you’re a kid and too immature to make real rational decisions. A lot of decisions people at that age are done so on a whim. What tattoos they want at say 18, they would’ve not rather gotten at all by 25, 30 years old.

Not sure where you are from but if you had your parents permission you should be able to get tats ,,,

Regardless it's a permanent piece of art on your body. And I know I did NOT make the best decisions as a teenager.

I certainly do not believe they should as kids often make bad decisions and a tattoo is permanent

I know near us there was a tattoo parlour and next door a place which specialised in removing the things!

Bad idea if your body is still growing, it'll distort the tattoo making a waste of money.
