This was so cool but weird

When I was little I went to the seaside and I seen this tattoo stand but it wasn’t real tattoos it was pain free ones for people who couldn’t stand the pain and all it was the Artists doing them with normal writing pens , I don’t know if this still an thing but it was cool and weird , obviously it wouldn’t last long but they looked like real tattoos.
