. This is my "bride" from our first wedding. I wore my tuxedo and a matching vest/bow tie. A few years later, for our official LEGAL wedding, we both wore tuxes and bow ties.
Thank you! I agree! Preparation for our wedding included a very good hair stylist/makeup artist, and the bridal gown was just BREATHTAKING! Our second OFFICIAL wedding, with us in tuxes, was a little less of a fuss.
That was NOT the last that my bride wore her bridal gown. It gets use ESPECIALLY for anniversaries (as does my tuxedo). For our OFFICIAL and LEGAL wedding a few years later, we both wore tuxedoes. We both work in the same place, and we're both in suits and bow ties every day. My spouse 👗 dresses on weekends, typically.
One favorite of both of us, especially since even weekends I'm in suits and bow ties, is she wears very conservative skirt suits, with very heavily starched white blouses all buttoned up, or often frilly, ruffly blouses.
